the resort dont control the noise of other guests. but i didnt realize that we were located in a cottage with other different cottages intended for big groups so i was not able to sleep well because its very noisy. since it is raining staying in a non-airconditioned room is not a problem at all. since we dont have a resrervation we have limited options there are 2 rooms left 1 airconditioned room with 1 bed and 1 room with electricfan that has 3 beds so we just chose the electricfan room since we are a group of 6 and it is more spacious. i thought they dont have rooms for an overnight accomodation but luckily they have. i saw Bato springs and i love nature so i decided to check the place. We attended a wedding at a nearby resort and we decided to spend the night in the area and searched for a place. Luckily the locals are more than willing to help. Overall, a very nice stay although it is much harder to find even though we used Waze, it pointed us to a wrong direction. They have a lifeguard on duty but he's on duty for only a certain time of the day so if you have kids with you, better watch them yourself especially if they plan to still go swimming after 10pm. The pools only have cold water (unlike in Hidden Valley) but they are very refreshing and you can just relax in the cool water all day and just listen to the birds singing. It's not five star cooking but it's pretty decent. They also have their own kitchen where you can order food for a reasonable price since the serving is quite large. It is not that expensive, considering that we paid only 5,000php for the air conditioned room and it has a capacity of 12 people (though the people on the room next to ours had the same room and rate and there were at least 15 people in their party) so they are not very strict about that as long as maybe you don't ask for extra pillows and blankets. Went there last week with my family, and I must say it is worth every penny.
